Adam Saskin
Adam Saskin is a partner in both the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Law Group and Real Estate Law Group. His Corporate/Commercial practice focuses on advising start-ups and technology companies from formation through to exit, as well as M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity and debt financing. In the context of Adam’s Real Estate practice, he has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, the structuring and formation of real estate funds, financing and commercial leasing matters. Before joining Fasken Martineau, Adam Saskin practiced at a national US firm in Boston and another law firm in Montreal.

As a member of the Technology and Securities Group of Fasken’s Vancouver office, Geoff advises emerging companies and the investors that fund them in connection with early stage, venture capital, growth equity, private equity and M&A transactions.
